Welcome to our first annual Zelda Sages Member Awards! Just like every other awards show on the planet each year we have a list of categories for which members can be nominated for. The member with the most votes will win the coveted Sage Trophy for their category. Some categories also have special prizes associated with them, more of that down below. So, if you would be kind enough to scroll down a bit, here are the categories!

Section One: Member Awards

Most Talkative Member:
The one member you just can't get to shut up. Whenever a new thread is posted, they're on the scene. When there is an intelligent conversation going on in the chatroom, they will feel no remorse barging in and chatting everyone's ear off. In essence, they love to talk!

Best Newbie:
This award is reserved for the best new member to join after January 1st 2007. This award should go to someone who has greatly expanded their knowledge of a community, posts intelligent and insightful information, and desires to help other new members. The winner of this award will receive a 50 post boost on their post count.

Note: You can find out who meets this criteria by going to the advanced member search page and typing 2007-01-1 in the Join Date is After field. Do not select or type in any other information.

Nicest Member:
You know that member that's just plain nice? The one who is always trying to lend a hand, give encouraging words, help fight the good fight? This award is just for them! The recipient should be a kind person and, overall, seem to have a clean record. The winner of this award will be allowed to remove one minor offense from their infraction record.

Meanest Member:
Not a day goes by without this member telling someone to F^#K off, suck a random object, or just plain go into a corner and die. This member is hated by most of the free world, yet envied for their rather obnoxious behavior. The winner of this award will be allowed to remove one minor offense from their infraction record.

Best Fan Media:
This member has a knack for creativity. Overall, they have the best fan submissions to Zelda Sages. Their stories, art, whatever it may be has truly touched the lives of every Zelda fan...who visits Zelda Sages.

Most Likely to be Perma-Banned:
This member is not just mean, they're a regular rule breaker. Even though you can't see their infraction record, you just know one day they are going to do something really stupid and end up getting themselves perma-banned. In hopes this individual will not fall down this route, the winner of this award will be banned for 24 hours.

Worst Speller:
dis member jus can't spwel at all! teh dunt haf teh abilety twu spell wright or use grammar wel. Simple as tat!

Member of the Year:
This award goes to someone who, as a whole, the Zelda Sages community believes to be the best overall member. This award can be presented to anyone, doesn't matter who! This individual brings together every fine trait that a community member should have and spreads their glory across Zelda Sages! The winner of this award will have the chance to be a Sage for a week. If a Sage or staff member wins the award, they will become an administrator for a week. If a site administrator wins the award, they get a 20% off coupon to Moe's Dry Cleaning.

Section Two: Temple of Time Awards

Best Contributing VIP Member:
Out of every group of S.I.T.s and Sages there is always that one that actually lives up to the reason they were put in that position, to help Zelda Sages grow. Not to say the others do not help, this one individual however really demonstrates above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping out good o'l ZS.

Best Sage:
Sages, site moderators who are not staff members. Some see them as the goodie-two-shoes of the community, others thank them for helping in times of dire need. This Sage is beloved by all members and best exemplifies the reasons for which they were risen even further from the rank of Sage in Training. The winner of this award will be given the opportunity to get rid of all the stress they've endured as a Sage (and it really is alot) and become a normal member again for two days.

Section Three: Staff Awards

Oddest Staff Member:
It could be anything they do, the clothes they wear, the comments they give, the profile pictures they have. That's the thing, there's just something about this staff member that makes them just plain odd! Of course, we love all our staff members here at Zelda Sages, even if they are off the wall.

Cruelest Staff Member:
Maybe they gave you an infraction one too many times. Maybe it's just that they're just plain evil. Whatever the reason may be, this cold hearted killer wants nothing more than to see you whimper at the sight of his or her grandness at your expense!

Where Am I:
This staff member obviously works, if they lacked the ability to work they would be fired on the spot! Of course, there are staff members that like to work behind the scenes developing guides and other such work without much interaction. This award should go to the staff member you really never see. Heck, if it were not for the fact they were on the staff list, you would not even know if they exist!

Staff Member of the Year:
This award should go to the one staff member that really gave it their all. This staff member encompasses the entirety of what it means to be a Zelda Sages staff member, and than some. All in all, they're just plain awesome!
