WOW. I felt like going on ign to see if there were any brawl updates (which there weren't -_-), but I found that Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is coming to the Wii on August 20th!
 
Time to reserve, I really can't wait! Metroid is actually my second favorite series in that there is a need for strategy and puzzle solving/exploration for everything you do. So, you can't just walk into a room and expect "Oh, I'll just kill this alien this way" hehe.

*Metroid Prime 2 Echoes Spider Ball track boss for example, one giant puzzle of literal shocking doom*

My personal favorite is Super Metroid for the SNES, Prime coming in a close second, maybe Corruption will break that mold :).
 
I loved Metroid Prime, but never really enjoyed the limited ammo system in Echoes. The Annihilator Beam is awesome, but I just kept holding it in reserve to conserve ammo.
 
Sweet, I like metroid. I'll look into this game one of these days, but I already got quit the butt load of games on my too get list. lol
