Nintendo Power Issue 258: Skyward Sword Information

This news comes a bit late, but in issue 258 of Nintendo Power, a six page article revealed some interesting new tidbits about The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, particularly from the exclusive interview with Eiji Aonuma.

Skyward Sword to Appear at Gamescom!

According to the U.K’s Official Nintendo Magazine Website, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will be one of several Nintendo games to be featured at the Gamescom event taking place next week from the 18th to the 22nd. It is unknown, however, in what form it will appear, though it is fair to assume it will at least be the same demo introduced at E3. No doubt everyone's brains are swelling form this past week's E3 Zelda Blowout. I have just recently returned from the depths of E3 and can proudly say that I have played the new Zelda demo, and can say without a moment's hesitation that there is reason to be excited! From Skyward Sword to Ocarina of Time 3DS, we have a lot to look forward to in the coming year. I will be preparing an update on every bit of released information as well as my initial impressions as of now. You can expect this update to happen sometime around next week! Otherwise, REJOICE! Two new Zelda games have just been announced!!!

Fantastic news! Yesteray, at a private QA briefing between Nintendo and top publishers / news agencies, Miyamoto took the time to reveal a little more on the basic concept and story of Skyward Sword. I don't want to spoil everything for you by putting it up on the homepage, but the following article from Gamespot will start revealing SS information at the 6:35 timestamp mark. ENJOY!
