Please, PLEASE tell me that I am not the only one ridiculously excited for this.

I put a Playstation prefix because I have a PS3, but this will be released for both the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360. Ever since Zeroth loaned me Psychonauts, I have loved Tim Schafer's work and really can't wait for this. I posted this on another forum, and one of the comments that makes me REALLY excited was this:

Having already played the demo (for the 360), I can easily say that I'd underestimated this game.
I've personally picked this game out as a possible GotY candidate.
The soundtrack is pretty friken sweet too (as listen in the link stating "Enemies of Rubik, your death is our reward!"), which makes it look all the better still.

There was a ton of controversy surrounding this game, as originally, it was being published by a third-party company named Vivendi. This company was then taken over by the mega-company Activision, who decided to drop Brutal Legend altogether. Electronic Arts then comes along, tries the game out, and pretty much go "Whoa man, this is pretty cool stuff! Mind if we publish it?" And now Activision turned around and sued Double Fine and Electronic Arts for 15 Million USD. The game's release was questioned at one point, but is going to be coming out soon for sure. A good link regarding this controversy:

EA's response to Activision's legal threats called them as ridiculous as "a husband abandoning his family and then suing after his wife meets a better looking guy."

Coming out October 13th (More liek ROCKTOBER 13th) of this year. Discuss.

Eh, it looks like a good game, but I am not excited for it in the least. If I had a PS3 or 360, I might be looking forward to it, but alas, I do not have either. So I apologize deeply for not really caring about it.

Well then don't ******* post something so uninteresting.

And what's a wet blanket?

And how did you get that U with the two dots on top?
