Neptoona

How can I find Neptoona? I have many of the other fish, but cannot find this one.

You have to catch the first three fish, go back to the guy, then you'll get the big fish lure thing. Then catch the rusty swordfish and show it to the guy, and he'll mention Neptoona. Then look for swordfish shaped shadows in the water on the map and Neptoona should be in one of those. You run across it very rarely, though, and sometimes the shadow gives you a rusty swordfish.
